Job Description

• Primary Skills:
• SQL, MYSQL, UNIX, Web Logic / Java Basics.
• Good Analytical Skills and the Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate within a team
• Knowledge on Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Telecom BSS, containers, docker, rancher would be an advantage.

Essential Job Functions:

• Recording and Dissemination of Problems / Issues / Defects.
• Diagnostics and Analysis of the Problems / Issues / Defects.
• Ownership of the Problems / Issues / Defects Ticket until Resolution.
• Follow-up and Resolve the Problems / Issues / Defects within the SLA.
• Workarounds, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors and Application Maintenance.
• Providing necessary Application log to L3 support teams / Subject Matter Experts and all required support to diagnose a reported problem.
• Regular Reporting on Open / In-Progress / Resolved Tickets to Next Level Managers. Pro-active Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
