Job Description:
Scan all HR-related documents and name them accordingly on the drive.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, loan, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Prepare monthly VSM agenda and take minutes to be shared with all employees.
Post job openings on the career portal and shortlist suitable candidates.
Administer internship recruitment tests, and enroll them with HMO as part of their onboarding process.
Be an independent observer and scribe in disciplinary meetings and hearings.
Respond to WHMCS tickets and escalate if the priority is urgent.
Monitor and remind employees who have not completed cPanel training.
Process employee payments for staff wedding gifts and EOQ voucher cards.
Update the organogram as employees exit and enter the organization.
Send congratulatory emails to employees on their work anniversary.
Every quarter, schedule meetings between new employees & CEO.
Assist the Head of HR & CEO where required.
Carry out other HR-related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
First degree (HND/BSc.) in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or related fields.
Must be a people person with the ability to build rapport with colleagues.
Proven work experience in HR is a plus.
Must be able to use the computer/internet.
Strong organizational skills.
Communication and people management skills are compulsory.
Must have a working laptop.
Must be able to work remotely and on-site from our office in Lagos.
