Job Description
- Developing construction drawings and 3D models of building designs using computer aided design (CAD) software
- Developing interior designs to meet functional needs
- Reviewing construction drawings and plans to ensure compliance with local building coded and regulations
- Coordinating with contractors during construction to ensure that work meets established standards
- Performing site inspections during constructions to ensure that work has been completed according to plans
- Communicating regularly with the management team regarding project status, budget and design changes
- Assist with managing construction process from start to finish
