GPS / Tracking Officer at Sayed Farms Limited

Job Description

• Tracking of truck locations by GPS system, coordinating and responding to emergency actions
• Identifying on-road exceptions and taking remedial actions.
• Liaising with drivers, operation personnel and management.
• Developing and presenting daily management reports and ensuring strict compliance with the
  drivers on vehicle status & usage, fuel issued, servicing, etc.
• Creation of performance, efficiency, vehicle/hardware maintenance and reports.
• Working with the workshop to manage the inventory of spares parts for vehicles in order to ensure
  an adequate supply of spares.
• Support Admin Office in jointly supervising and coordinating work of mechanics and auto
  workshop
• Presentation of daily, weekly and monthly reports by sending mail to the appropriate concerns.
• Installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras and Hand Clocking machines.
• General installation and maintenance of the company’s computer systems and Intercom PBX telephones.
• Installation, implementation and extension of WLAN, LAN using Router and Switch.
• Subscription and coordinating the availability of Internet access to individual and residential houses.
• Working with company’s third-party agents implementing tracking device on company’s fleets.
• Ensuring strict compliance with company regulations by drivers.
• Tracking and analyzing the vehicle wise cost of fuelling, maintenance and other recurring expenses pertaining to running of the fleet.
• And any other duties as directed by the unit head.

Requirements

• B.Sc/ HND Computer Science from recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4 years related work experience.
• Computer Literate with advanced work knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office tools specially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Numerical/ Analytical skills.
