    Google Ads Specialist

    Job Description

    • We're looking for someone dedicated to developing and executing Google Ads planning and marketing initiative. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact. You will also work closely with our consulted PPC agency.
    • Professional experience in managing all aspects of advertising campaigns in Google, Microsoft, and other Programmatic Ads (including paid search landing pages)
    • Expertise with Google Ads and Google Analytics advertising tools
    • Experience with content and social media marketing
    • Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
    • Ability to develop effective advertising and copywriting strategies
    • Knowledge of SEO will be an additional advantage
    • Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI
    • Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines
    • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics

    Requirements

    • The Google Ads Specialist will deliver outcomes in the following:
    • High performing paid media campaigns - Leverage campaign metrics, conversion and acquisition data, and trends to inform marketing decisions; identify opportunities for performance optimization through analysis of company KPIs
    • Website and Social Media - Deliver quality written and social media content with insights to drive campaign performance as well as educate the team on paid media best-practices, trends, and opportunities for growth
    • Self-sufficient - Handle all day-to-day tasks associated with campaign management, including activation and fulfillment, tagging, optimizations, and reporting related to your paid media campaigns. 
    • ROI - Drive company growth by delivering an excellent ROI on campaign.

    • Have prior experience working remotely.
    • Can collaborate with other teams autonomously.
    • Have a strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals.

    • Can work full time, 40 hours a week.
