    Global Install Program Leader

    Job Description Summary

    • As the Global Install Program Leader, you're responsible for driving measurable and sustainable change of supply chain installation processes within the global install ecosystem.
    • You will identify opportunities and drive meaningful change by integrating with Segment, Region and IT organizations. In addition, you will help create value for GEHC and GEHC Customers by managing and improving the Global Install IT landscape.
    • This will be accomplished through the ownership and focused effort on simplifying the Install tool portfolio; enhancing standard work through digital enablement and driving a One Install Platform strategy to support business processes.

    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Functional owner for project management, install operations and field service technology; responsible for translating functional business needs to technical design requirements.
    • Expected to develop subject matter expertise alongside project management, services and segment leaders to ensure tool capability is aligned to stakeholder requirements.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify key operational needs to be considered when developing and deploying process and tool strategy.
    • Guide Regional and Segment leaders in process mapping activities to understand the who, what, how, and why behind existing processes – applying lean methodology - to enable a successful transition to the Future State.
    • Act as a change agent driving sustainable changes in a cross functional environment enabling measurable improvements in key operating metrics including but not limited to On-Time Installation, Install VCP, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Readiness.
    • Lead frequent operational touch points with business partners and users to help drive best-in-class support and operational productivity.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering (or equivalent).
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working in supply chain operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
    • Change leader with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Demonstrated experience analyzing and resolving problems using both influence and data driven analysis.
    • Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • MBA or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain.
    • APICS Certification CTLD, CSCP, CPIM.
    • Proven experience working on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
    • Excellent project management, communication and analytical skills
    • Demonstrated experience energizing, developing and influencing at all levels within an organization.
    • Mastery of core lean principles.
    • Experience applying DMAIC/DFSS Six Sigma tool kit.
