Job Summary

• We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Gift Shop Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting gifts, handle in-store operations, support gift packaging and displays, and ensure every customer leaves with a delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in choosing suitable gifts based on their needs, budget, and occasion
• Handle sales transactions (POS, transfers, receipts)
• Package and wrap gifts neatly and creatively
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays
• Restock shelves and manage inventory records
• Handle customer inquiries in-store, via phone, and on social media
• Support surprise setups, deliveries, and occasional event preparations
• Track daily sales and report to the store manager
• Ensure proper handling of fragile and valuable items
• Uphold the brand’s image and service standards

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
• Attention to detail and creativity (especially for gift packaging)
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Trustworthy and responsible
• Must live around Apo & Evirons
• Salary - 70,000 ( Sales bonus and commission available)
