Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and delivery of surprise and gift items.
• Review and verify accuracy of job items and other office documentation.
• Sort and prioritize items for delivery.
• Receive, sort, prioritize, and process orders for delivery.
• Assist in pick-up and delivery services.
• Assist in the execution of surprises and decorations.
• Deliver items to specific locations.
• Assist in gift curation and crafting.
• Maintain the order of work area.
• Perform clerical functions incidental to delivery activities, including maintaining and logging orders for pickup and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND qualification in relevant fields.
• 0-1 year experience in creative gifting/event roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in decoration or party planning is advantageous.
• Proficient in time management.
• Positive, cheerful demeanor is essential.
• Must reside in the Maryland, Ikeja area.
