Key Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will:

• Lead the execution of the Group's strategic objectives.
• Oversee operations across multiple business units and programmes.
• Drive organisational growth, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage departmental performance and accountability.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting and operational execution.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and compliance.
• Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams.
• Identify new business and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Represent the organisation with investors, partners, regulators and key stakeholders.
• Support in executing strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).
• At least 7 years in a senior management or executive leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams, business units or organisations.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A track record of driving organisational growth and operational excellence.
