Our client, a reputable EPC company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidiates to fill the position.

Job Summary

• As the GM, Strategy & Business Transformation, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, driving operational improvements, and ensuring alignment between long-term goals and daily operations.
• You will lead transformation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the organization’s strategic direction and transformation agenda.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance and ensure delivery of transformation objectives.
• Provide high-level, data-driven reports and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or MBA is required.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in strategy, business transformation, or management consulting, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong experience leading large-scale change and managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience working in an EPC or oil & gas company is an added advantage.

Salary
N35,000,000 - N38,000,000 / Annum.
