Role Overview

We are seeking a highly-driven, execution-focused General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance across brands, and translate the company’s vision into scalable systems and results. The GM will serve as the operational backbone of the company, ensuring every department and brand runs efficiently while accelerating growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the daily operations of all departments—eCommerce, fulfillment, logistics, marketing, finance, customer service, and tech.
• Ensure operational excellence across all brands and markets.

Brand & Business Management

• Supervise all brand divisions.
• Own P&L responsibility for each brand, with a focus on revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize product launches, campaign execution, and inventory flow.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Provide clear goals, feedback, and development plans for all department leads.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and innovation.

Growth & Performance Tracking

• Implement systems to monitor KPIs (sales, ROAS, CAC, LTV, delivery success, refund rate).
• Lead weekly performance reviews and implement course corrections where needed.
• Identify growth opportunities, customer trends, and cost-saving measures.

Technology & Automation

• Collaborate with tech/product teams to enhance ecommerce platforms, CRM tools, and backend operations.
• Champion digital transformation and process automation for scale.

Stakeholder & External Relations

• Represent the company in strategic partnerships, supplier negotiations, and key vendor relationships.
• Support fundraising, investor reporting, and international expansion where needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in general management, operations, ecommerce, or startup leadership.
• Strong knowledge of business management, ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, logistics, and customer experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage P&L.
• Highly analytical, execution-focused, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a multi-brand, multi-country environment is a plus.
