General Manager - Renewable Energy at Noemdek Limited

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Manager to lead NoemDek’s solar energy projects and renewable energy initiatives. You’ll oversee the planning, execution, and scaling of solar projects, collaborate with crossfunctional teams, and develop strategies that drive sustainable growth. Project & Business Leadership

• Lead planning and execution of solar energy projects
• Develop business strategies for growth and operational efficiency
• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with goals
• Identify new project opportunities & market segment
• Support financial modelling and investment proposals

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Mentor project teams and foster collaboration
• Manage vendor, partner, and regulatory relationships
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Strengthen stakeholder engagement across communities and clients

Operations & Performance

• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Monitor project performance and optimize processes
• Implement operational best practices for efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement across project workflows

Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance

• Provide guidance on technical design, energy modeling, and installation methodologies.
• Work closely with engineers to review system specifications, drawings, and performance estimates.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with all technical and regulatory standards.
• Validate system performance before commissioning
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in renewable energy, power, or infrastructure management, with relevant years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in the supply chain and oil & gas industry.
• Strong experience managing solar project lifecycles, from development to deployment.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across multiple project sites.
• Experience with business development, operations, logistics, and financial management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, IoT platforms, or energy monitoring tools is an advantage.
