Position Overview:

•  The General Manager will oversee all operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural or civil engineering, combined with extensive management` experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning to execution.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor project managers and engineering teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
