• Develop and execute the outsourcing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, pricing models, and performance metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end outsourced operations ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance monitoring systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and data security requirements.
• Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between internal teams and outsourced partners.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and profitability targets for outsourced functions.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional and external teams.
