Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager, Operations (GMO) with a strong background in marketing and business development.
• The GMO will oversee day-to-day business operations, lead strategy execution, and drive sustainable growth.
• This role requires a versatile leader who can manage cross-functional teams, strengthen client relationships, and translate business strategy into operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead all agency operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments (creative, strategy, client service, media, etc.).
• Design and execute marketing strategies to expand brand presence and market share.
• Collaborate with business development teams to strengthen client relationships and partnerships.
• Manage timelines, project pipelines, and resource allocation to meet internal and external expectations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to drive efficiency and quality.
• Drive business development initiatives through effective marketing strategies that expand client portfolio and revenue streams.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications, media, and client-facing platforms.
• Work closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and team objectives.
• Represent the agency in external engagements, fostering partnerships and strategic collaborations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management and marketing leadership within an agency, consulting, or related environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee large-scale projects.
• Strong track record of implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
