Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (estate surveying, valuation, architecture, engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet client specifications.
• Monitor and control operational expenses, seeking ways to improve profitability without compromising quality.
• Review and approve project proposals, cost estimates and technical reports prepared by department heads.
• Develop strategic partnerships with other firms, clients and governmental bodies to enhance the firm’s profile and project portfolio.
