About the Role

• We are looking for a driven General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the strategic direction of our beauty company.
• The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proven track record in driving growth, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer relations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and brand success.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and maintain high performance.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure efficiency.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry regulations.
• Stay updated on beauty market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6-8 Proven leadership experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, marketing, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on company vision.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
