Job Summary

• We are looking to fill the above vacancy in the hospitality arm, with a competent, experienced, motivated, results-oriented hotel management and hospitality professional.

The Job

• This is an interesting and challenging role in a modern, dynamic, and forward-looking environment with mature systems and processes.
• The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and for the day-to-day Staff, Guests and Stakeholder management.
• He/She will be an ambassador for the hotel's brand, providing leadership and strategic planning for all departments in support of the hotel's service culture, maximized operations, guests satisfaction and positive shareholder returns.

Qualification & Experience

• A university 1st or 2nd Degree or HND in Hotel / Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification / certification in Hospitality, Hotel or Events Management.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in the luxury / international brand segment of the hospitality industry at least five (5) of which should be at very senior levels e.g,General Manager, Asst. General Manager, Head of Business Operations.
• The preferred candidate will ideally, have advanced industry knowledge, well-developed management skills and verifiable hands-on experience.
• Excellent IT / digital skills.
