    General Manager (Hospitality)

    Ultrahire is recruiting on behalf of a leading hospitality company in Wuse, Abuja, specializing in luxury apartments. We are seeking an experienced General Manager (Hospitality) to oversee the company’s operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery while leveraging expertise in property management and construction for facility improvements and expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the hospitality business, including apartments and the mall.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase revenue, and optimize operational efficiency.
    • Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control to drive profitability.
    • Lead and develop teams across various departments, ensuring high-performance standards.
    • Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
    • Utilize construction expertise to oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and maintenance projects.
    • Oversee property management functions, ensuring optimal tenant and guest satisfaction, maintenance scheduling, lease agreements, and facility upkeep.
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and government agencies.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in apartments, hotels, or malls.
    • Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing large teams and business units.
    • Strong knowledge of property management, facility operations, and guest services within the hospitality industry.
    • Hands-on experience with construction, renovation, and property development within a hospitality setting.
    • Excellent financial acumen and ability to drive business growth.
    • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
