Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at one of the hotels managed by Grand Bezer Nigeria Limited in Abuja.
• The General Manager will oversee daily operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure the efficient management of resources. Key responsibilities include managing staff, setting business goals, ensuring guest satisfaction, optimizing operational performance, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
• The candidate will also represent the hotel in building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance company growth and reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with experience supervising teams
• Extensive knowledge in hospitality and tourism, including operations and customer service excellence
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and industry standards in Nigeria
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a leadership or senior management role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector
