The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concrete waterproofing business, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
• Monitor industry trends and ensure the business stays competitive and innovative.

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control measures.
• Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, including project managers, sales professionals, and technicians.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship.

Financial Oversight:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction, waterproofing, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations, budgets, and teams in a construction or industrial environment.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of concrete waterproofing products, methods, and industry standards.
