General Consultant at Rovedana

Job Description:

• We are currently hiring for the position of a General Consultant for a partner who majors in financial technology consultation, advisory, learning and development and digital payment analysis and implementation.
• Our Ideal candidate should have vast experience that cuts across different sectors especially within financial services, technology, consultancy, commerce, business development & analysis, human resources and partnerships etc..

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead client meetings with stakeholders and provide strategic consulting services.
• Analyze client data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide training and support to other consultants and other team members

Key Requirements & Experience:

• HND/BSc./Masters Degree qualifications in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics and other relevant courses.
• 10 years and above experience as a General Consultant preferably in a consulting sector with great analytical, business development, presentation and training & development skills.
• Professional communication and writing skills
• Relevant professional qualifications, trainings and certifications
• First Hand experience in Project management, Business Analysis and/or technology implementation projects
• Avid interest in mobile payments in Africa and globally and skilled with the use of payment softwares and other relevant softwares.
• High energy, results-oriented and experience in delivering within tight timelines.
