Funding Specialist at CMTrading

Key Responsibilities:

• Process client funding transactions promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as PSP and Accounting, to resolve any funding-related issues or discrepancies. 
• Monitor and reconcile client funding accounts on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
• Assist clients with funding inquiries, provide guidance on available payment options, and address any concerns or questions regarding their accounts.
• Keep up-to-date records of client transactions, funding requests, and any related documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of improved funding processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to identify opportunities for the client acquisition and retention through competitive funding options.
• Handling and locating clients’ deposits and allocating funds in client’s account.
