Fund Mobilisation Manager at Estrada International Staffing Solutions

About the Role

• As part of their aggressive growth plans, they are looking to bring on board a result-driven professional to help scale their fund mobilization activities.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and mobilizing investment funds by leveraging strong networks within banks, HNIs, and institutional clients.
• You must have experience driving deposits and investment funds in Lagos, preferably from Asset Management or Banking institutions.
• This is a strategic and target-driven role, requiring someone with a deep understanding of financial products and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new leads and onboard investors across retail and institutional segments.
• Mobilise high-value investment funds (fixed deposits, mutual funds, etc.) into the firm’s products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly/quarterly fund mobilization targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve positioning.
• Represent the firm at networking events, seminars, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fund mobilisation, sales, or relationship management.
• Previous experience in an Asset Management firm or Bank is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding investment/fund targets.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Lagos market experience is non-negotiable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
