Design and implement the fund’s investment strategies and manage its trading activities.
Engage in market intelligence research and analysis, to understand the market sentiment for informed investment recommendations and decisions for maximum profitability.
Administer the daily management of the fund.
Sell and drive the fund\'s growth to achieve fund profitability.
Execute, and manage retail, institutional, and HNI strategy, considering the market opportunity/growth potential, competitors\' activity, and existing capabilities.
Manage communications with Investors and Fund Subscribers on current market trends.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the Nigerian and International economy, current financial news, and financial market trends.
Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required. MBA or professional certification (e.g., ICAN, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in fund management or relationship management roles within the banking or financial services industry.
Experience in the Mutual Fund market is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build conversation and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Knowledge of Equities and Financial Markets
Excellent Financial Management Skills
Strong Analytical, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills.
