We are looking for a strong fullstack developer who welcomes both engineering and maintenance tasks, and has a capacity to lead other developers.
You will be involved in decision-making around architecture and technology, contributing to the overall engineering vision and communicating gaps and needs to both the team and external stakeholders.
You will be working with our candid and collaborative team.
The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality.
You’ll also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
Great Frontend chops (We use NextJS, Typescript)
Strong cloud knowledge in a tier-one provider platform (We use AWS)
GraphQL Experience is required
Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Git version control system
Proven track record of developing reliable restful APIs (Provider for State Management)
Experience building scalable and maintainable technology
Knowledge of popular automation tools and strategies
Quality-minded and are interested in all parts of software development: writing clean code, testing, deployment, monitoring
