FRONT END DEVELOPER JOB DESCRIPTION -

React.JS We are looking for a React.js developer that has a solid knowledge of modern (ES6+) Javascript. As a React.js Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. You will build user-facing components and implement them with different workflows and toolkits like Redux, Saga and Material UI. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop front-end components and libraries that are reusable and future-proof
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across different devices and browsers
• Work and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team
• Develop and maintain internal and consumer-facing frontend systems across the organization. Person Specification REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• A minimum of 4 years of prior work experience as a Frontend React Developer.
• Deep understanding of React and its fundamentals, including modern features like hooks.
• Experience with widely used React state managers like Redux, Thunks or Sagas.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
• Familiarity with OOP and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to large and small audiences.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to interact with peers and stakeholders to define and drive product and business impact.
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, like jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS
• Understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git,
• An understanding of CI/CD (DevOps) principles is required
