Job Description 

• Order Processing: Monitor incoming orders, verify stock availability, and update order statuses in the management system.
• Picking & Packing: Guide warehouse staff or manually pick, sort, and securely pack products to prevent damage during transit.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with local courier and delivery partners, schedule pickups, and monitor shipments to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and initiate restocking processes to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Returns & Refunds: Manage the reverse logistics process, inspect returned goods, and process refunds or exchanges for customers.
