Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator at Halogen Group

About the job

• We're looking for a Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to take charge of our end-to-end shipping operations from micro-distribution in Aba to regional dispatch across Ghana, Cameroon, and Togo via partners like ABC, GIG, DHL, or informal haulage.
• This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the center of our logistics engine. You’ll coordinate order flows, manage third-party logistics, onboard grassroots delivery partners, and ensure delivery promises are met.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage fulfillment from Aba and other seller hubs.
• Coordinate bulk shipping and customs for cross-border trade.
• Liaise with formal and informal logistics partners.
• Track deliveries, resolve delays, and align with internal teams.
• Build SOPs for micro-distribution and identify cost-saving logistics strategies.
• Handle documentation: packing lists, ECOWAS/customs forms, etc.
• Report monthly logistics performance (costs, timelines, exceptions).

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain.
• Track record in trade-heavy environments (especially in Aba).
• Ability to navigate both structured and grassroots logistics systems.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel and basic tracking tools.
• Must be based in Aba.

Bonus Points For:

• FMCG, cross-border, or marketplace logistics experience.
• Familiarity with Nigerian/ECOWAS customs.
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
