Our client, an innovative research and development company with trendsetting products in the education and health sector is seeking to recruit for the role of a Frontend Developer.

The primary activities of the role will be to implement visual elements that users see and interact within a web application. The ideal role holder will work with the latest technology, work closely with passionate engineers and the entire technology team to provide easy-to- use and well documented applications.

Job Description:

• Use a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web pages
•  Maintain and improve the company website and all existing projects and products
•  Work in multidisciplinary team with other professionals such as data engineers and web designers
• Cognate experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS
•  Experience with React and NodeJS (frameworks)
• Design mobile-based features
•  Experience with ReactJS workflows such as Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries
• Write technical documentation
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Implement designs and work together with our UX designer.
• Create security and data protection settings and frameworks
•  Come up with new functionalities, tools, technologies and actually build web and iOS applications.
•  Improve legacy code as well as writing new functionalities from scratch

Person Specification:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
•  Knowledge of multiple programming languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript)
• Great experience with multiple JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vuejs)
•  Excellent Knowledge of ReactJS workflows such as Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries
• Candidates who reside around Lekki or its environs would be highly preferred
