Front-End Developer at Xusdigital Technology Limited

Are you a Frontend Developer with a passion for teaching and helping others grow?

Xusdigital Technology is seeking a passionate Frontend Developer to support learners in our intensive Web Development Environment. You'll work side-by-side with Instructors, the Head of Learning, and Project Teams to help students become job-ready developers with real-world projects and portfolio outputs.

Who will you mentor?

• Ambitious learners from high school, University, polytechnics, and many more, to early-career professionals across Nigeria.

Mentoring Duration:

• Daily mentoring (Mon–Fri): On-site and Online
• Weekly team syncs + ongoing support

What you'll do:

• Mentor up to 15 students in total 
• Guide them through challenges, final projects & portfolio building
• Score assignments and give feedback
• Ensure outcomes: Completion, Job-readiness, and Project delivery
• Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, React Router 6, Redux
• Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, Sequelize, Mongoose, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Tools: Git, GitHub, Jest, CLI, REST APIs, and deployment tools.

What makes you a great fit?

• Proficiency in Frontend Development and Responsive Web Design
• Well-experienced in Back-End Web Development and general Web Development
• Knowledge of Software Development practices and principles
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is a plus
• Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git
• Responsible for the interactive development of the platform user product interface.
• Experience building object-oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• 2+ years' experience in frontend development
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
