Front End Developer - Enterprise Applications (React) at Avetium Consult Limited

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled React Engineer to join our enterprise application development team.
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining complex,high-performance front-end interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
• The ideal candidate will have deep experience in modern JavaScript development, UI/UX best practices,and enterprise-grade application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end components using React.js.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Lead front-end architecture decisions and enforce best practices in code quality,performance, and accessibility.·
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and work closely with backend teams to ensure smooth data flow.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews,and retrospectives.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,or a related field
• 5+years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years using React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Familiarity with modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest,React Testing Library,Cypress).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript in large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Exposure to enterprise-level security and performance considerations.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,GCP).
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture is a plus.
