    Front Desk / Personal Assistant

    Job Description

    • Greet and welcome guests.
    • Answer questions and address complaints.
    • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc).
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
    • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
    • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
    • Check, sort and forward emails.
    • Monitor supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Keep updated records and files.
    • Schedule meetings, represent MD/CEO at events, make travel arrangements and travel alongside MD/CEO.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc. in any related field.
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Skills:

    • Knowledge of office management..
    • Proficient in English (oral and written).
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams).
    • Strong communication and people skills.
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Customer service orientation.
    • Smart and Proactive.
    • Attention to details and can work in a fast paced environment.

    Other Requirements:

    • Required to work occasionally on weekends.

    Salary
    N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
