    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, managing inquiries, directing calls and providing assistance as needed. Responsible for maintaining a professional welcoming front desk area.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc Administration or a relative field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
