Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, managing inquiries, directing calls and providing assistance as needed. Responsible for maintaining a professional welcoming front desk area.
Requirements
HND / BSc Administration or a relative field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
