Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member. The Front Desk Staff member will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service. They will also need to be proficient in communication and computer literacy and perform other related duties as stated by the school management

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service skills
• Strong communication and computer literacy skills
• Experience in working with children is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility in working hours is a plus
• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• Welcome kids and parents
• Liaise between parents and teachers
• Other tasks as required by the school management
