Front Desk Officer at Transport Services Limited

Are you a friendly, professional and customer-focused individual?. If yes, we are looking for a front desk officer to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Handle front office reception, visitor management, handling company enquiries, mail management, travel and meeting management, and general office administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS

• A good university degree in any of the social sciences or equivalent
• 0-3 years postgraduate experience
• Must have completed NYSC

SKILLS

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong people skills
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Second - Class Upper
• Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position is an added advantage.
