What You'll Do

• Welcome visitors and handle calls & inquiries like a pro
• Keep the front desk and office running smoothly
• Provide top-notch admin support across the organization
• Plan, execute and track procurement activities.
• Source, evaluate and manage vendors effectively
• Maintain vendor database and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Process purchase requests and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead and supervise admin support staff.

What You'll Need

• B.Sc. In Any Related Field
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 1 year procurement experience.
• Proven vendor management experience.
• Ability to lead and manage team members.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-driven.
• Female candidates are preferred.
