Front Desk Officer at Polaris Digitech Limited

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• Interacting with clients, vendors, and visitors that call or come to the office premises
• Be at the reception always, supervise it and ensure phones are answered immediately and transferred to the appropriate staff member
• Ensure that Visitors are attended to immediately and directed to the appropriate staff to attend to them
• Receiving, signing for, and distributing mails and delivered packages from courier companies or other sources
• Performing general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, and mailing
• Ensure that copies of documents/letters going out are registered and filed appropriately
• Follow up on correspondences received in person or through phone to make sure they are resolved by the appropriate personnel

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in any related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel)
• Candidate must reside within Surulere and its environment.
