Front Desk Officer at JVEE Wellness & Spa

Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a well-presented, elegant, and articulate Front Desk Officer to be the face of our spa.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a strong ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and poise.
• She will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing bookings, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Manage appointments, bookings, and client scheduling efficiently
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately
• Provide clients with information about services, promotions, and products
• Handle client complaints or concerns calmly and professionally
• Coordinate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality

Requirements

• Preferably a lady
• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.Degree in any relevant field
• Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (spa or hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Must be well-spoken, polite, and have excellent communication skills
• Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills
• Must be neat, elegant, and well-groomed at all times
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (booking systems, WhatsApp, etc.)
