    Front Desk Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Front Desk Officer at our head office will be responsible for providing excellent front desk and administrative support.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Meet & greet with visitors/customers.
    • Provide top-notch customer service to customers/visitors.
    • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
    • Answer all customer’s questions and incoming calls.
    • Provide general information on financial services and policies.
    • Redirect customer’s complaint to the appropriate department and take down messages.
    • Followed up on customer’s complaints and requests within other business units to meet TAT.
    • Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
    • Contribute to team’s effort when required.
    • Responsible for basic data entry as assigned.
    • Assisting the facility manager in procurement and storage of office equipment.
    • Attend to other assigned task as requested by my supervisor.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Front Desk/Admin Officer or similar role is a plus.

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Customer service-oriented with a welcoming demeanor.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and organized workspace.

    Person Specification:

    • Professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong time management skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks.
