Job Summary

• As a front desk officer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at the front desk.
• These tasks may include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• You may also be responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to the organisation.
• Interested candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• You should be organized and detail-oriented, and have a professional and friendly demeanor.
• You may also be responsible for managing the front desk budget, ordering supplies, and scheduling maintenance and repairs for the front desk area.

Requirements

• Gender/Age: Female, not more than 30 years.
• Residency: Reside around Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Berger environs

Qualification:

• Minimum OND in any discipline.

Skill Sets:

• Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn new skills
• Good command of English
• Accounting skills will be added advantage
• Social Media Usage: WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X.
