    Front Desk Manager

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly polished and professional Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily front office operations.
    • The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest and member experience, uphold premium hospitality standards, and lead the front desk team with excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure a seamless and professional guest experience.
    • Ensure VIP-standard check-in/check-out and guest relations services.
    • Supervise, train, and manage front desk staff for service excellence.
    • Coordinate facility and function room bookings to optimize usage.
    • Manage guest feedback, handle complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3–5 years’ experience in a front desk or guest relations supervisory role in hospitality.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Proficient in front office software, PMS, and reservation systems.
    • Poised, well‑spoken, well‑presented, and customer‑centric.
