    Front Desk Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time role for a Front Desk Manager located in Ikeja.
    • The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, performing receptionist duties, handling reservations, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
    • Receptionist Duties proficiency
    • Effective Communication skills
    • Experience in handling reservations
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Knowledge of ICT solutions is a plus
