Front Desk Executive at Premier Hub Innovation Center

Premier Hub is an innovation accelerator hub. We envisage a future where innovative businesses alike have room to grow through learning new skills, investment and business opportunities. We help start-ups, businesses looking to scale up and also established businesses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcomes guests, visitors and clients as soon as they arrive at the Hub
• Directs visitors to the appropriate office / person
• Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Ensures reception is hygienically clean at all times
• Performs other clerical duties and provide assistance whenever required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• OND in a social science course or related fields
• 1-year relevant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Admirable customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong record-keeping skills
• Proven Office organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient computer skills
