    Front Desk Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    Visitors/Information Management

    • Receive visitors, guests and direct appropriately
    • Provide front desk services for various departments within the organization
    • Manage conflict-free booking of meeting rooms including the boardroom at the Head Office
    • Work closely with the office security guards tensure security procedures are followed.
    • Own responsibility for reception – ensures the ambience is welcoming
    • Receive customer feedback, direct and/or address queries as appropriate
    • Pick up, deliver mails/ couriers and date stamp all general correspondence.

    Check, sort and forward emails

    • Work closely with the facility team and ensure daily cleaning of the convenience in the main building

    Directorates Office Management

    • Ensure directorates offices are always clean and timely maintenance scheduled with facility team.
    • Coordinate visitors visiting the Office on appointment.

    Human Resources Support

    • Assists with planning and execution of HR related events such as benefits enrolment, organizationwide meetings, employee recognition events, year-end events, etc.
    • Provide support on developing and updating HR policies and procedures as required
    • Ensure effective registration, allocation of new joiner’s or approved staff ID card and vendor payment
    • Point of contact for employee and PFAs on pension registration.
    • Collaborate with the Remuneration and Benefit Supervisor and ensure prompt receipt of PEN numbers for monthly payroll update
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Liaise with the communication unit in the collation and development of HR monthly Newsletter
    • Back up team members when on Leave.
    • Liaise with other HR team members tdeliver on departmental goal or any other duties assigned

    Requirements

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2 - 3years and above post NYSC experience
    • Professional Certification relevant tthe role will be a plus.
    • Technical Proficiency
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
    • Familiarity with Office machines
    • Good understanding of office administration
    • Generic Competencies
    • Written and verbal communication skills.
    • Customer service Orientation
    • Planning and organizing abilities
    • Ability twork with little supervision
    • Attention tdetail.

    Others

    • Ability tdevelop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • Capacity tapply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
    • Knowledge in communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
