    Front Desk / Customer Care Officer

    Job Description

    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within record time.
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file.

    Qualification / Skills Required

    • Degree in Mass Communication or relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Experience working in similar role
    • Female Candidate preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
