    French Speaking Telemarketer

    A leading Power Generation Company in the Nigerian Energy market with specialty-focus on outsourced, captive and embedded generation (with capacities extendable to grid-based power). Functioning with diverse technologies (gas, diesel and solar), the Company provides a suite of services, including but not limited to power rental and energy sale; engineering procurement and construction (EPC) of power stations; and operation & maintenance (O&M) activity deployed on a round-the-clock basis. Leveraging on the modularized configuration of its plants, the Company is able to seamlessly adapt the plant configuration/capacity to suit expansion requirements of its clients. This is boosted by the Company’s ownership of a sizable fleet of power rental equipment in-country (in excess of 150MW), which enables it to deliver power at very short notice.

    Knowledge & Experience Required

    • Cold Calling: Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers who have not previously expressed interest in the product or service being offered.
    • Generating Leads: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through phone conversations, gathering information about their needs, and determining if they are a good fit for the product or service.
    • Explaining Products or Services: Providing information about the features, benefits, and advantages of the products or services offered by the company.
    • Handling Objections: Addressing any concerns or objections raised by potential customers and providing appropriate responses to alleviate doubts and encourage interest.
    • Closing Sales: Persuading interested leads to make a purchase or take a desired action, such as scheduling an appointment or signing up for a service.
    • Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of interactions with leads, including contact information, conversation notes, and outcomes, to track progress and follow up as necessary.
    • Meeting Targets: Working towards specific sales targets or goals set by the company, such as the number of calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
    • Following Compliance Regulations: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing telemarketing activities, such as Do Not Call lists and consumer privacy laws.
    • Providing Feedback: Offering insights and feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of sales scripts, strategies, and overall telemarketing processes.
    • Following Up: Conducting follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, nurturing the relationship and providing additional information or incentives to encourage conversion.
    • Providing Customer Support: Assisting existing customers with inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have about products or services, providing resolutions or escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.

    Educational Qualification/Certification:

    • Minimum of OND

    Duration – 6 months
