Grow and manage the francophone Binance Communities online.
Responsible for the overall community user experience, listen, gather, and submit user’s feedback and opinions.
Responsible for end-to-end Telegram community operation, content planning, and engagement initiatives.
Create, translate, and proofread content for Binance, focusing on the francophone market.
Moderate the community, recommend angels, interact with the community to increase positive engagement for the Binance Brand.
Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness.
Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups in the francophone regions.
Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management.
Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams.
Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the crypto community.
Analysis and reporting weekly of community growth.
Assisting the Marketing team with the design of promotional materials for the community.
Understand the dynamics of the industry, guide and enhance the user readership and following rate through content planning and other means.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in community management and currently base in the Africa region.
Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, starting an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter). Familiarity with popular social media platforms- Telegram, Medium etc.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends and a strong interest in crypto culture.
Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
Fluency in English and French. Advanced level of French is a big plus.
Strong sense of responsibility, logical, rigorous and meticulous, self-motivated, and values strong teamwork.
Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing, Education, Journalism, Psychology, Media, Marketing, and related fields.
