    Franchise Team Head

    Job Summary:

    • POWERCAP is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as the Team Lead in our Franchise Operations in the electricity distribution market. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of franchise operations specialists and ensuring the successful operation and growth of our franchise network.
    • You will collaborate with cross–functional teams as well as stakeholders to drive operational excellence, enhance brand consistency, and achieve business objectives.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of franchise operations specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize franchise operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and profitability of franchise operations.
    • Collaborate with franchisees to ensure adherence to brand standards, operational guidelines, and compliance requirements.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and consistency across the franchise network.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for marketers and their team members to enhance operational capabilities and customer experience.
    • Foster strong relationships with franchisees, serving as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and regulatory changes affecting the operations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in franchise operations or a related field, with a focus on team leadership and performance management.
    • Strong knowledge of franchise business models, operations, and best practices.
    • Excellent understanding of business processes, financial analysis, and operational metrics.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive results, and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast–paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong knowledge of chain of electricity distribution from the Gencos to the customers.

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting operational data and financial reports.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisors and internal stakeholders.
    • Project management and organizational skills.
    • Strategic thinking and problem–solving abilities.
