Foundation Lead at City Sports Group

Overview

• The Foundation Lead will manage all CitySports Foundation programs, including community outreach, donor engagement, and program execution focused on sports development for underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of community and nonprofit sports initiatives.
• Identify grant and donor opportunities for foundation support.
• Oversee project impact tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, NGOs, and sponsors.
• Coordinate volunteers and community event logistics.
• Ensure sustainability of the foundation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in development studies, Public Admin, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in nonprofit or foundation work.
• Strong project management, fundraising, and reporting skills.
• Passion for social impact and youth development.
